To become qualified for the spring Excelsior Scholarship, applicants will have to fulfill eligibility prerequisites, like although not limited to the following conditions:Scholarship recipients should be consistently enrolled, total-time, at a SUNY or CUNY university and complete a minimum of thirty credits every year (successively).  A pause in e
